After careers in advertising sales, hotel management, and finance, we redirected our efforts to planning charitable fundraiser's, organizing group travel, and orchestrating corporate events. We combined not only our talents, but also our experiences to create a meeting and event planning company, whose energy and enthusiasm sets us apart.  Our fresh perspective and flawless event execution translate into unforgettable experiences for all your participants.

Tracy Mouser
Tracy Mouser Tracy graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Minnesota with a degree in Advertising. Tracy worked for eight years in Advertising Sales for what was then Naegele Outdoor Advertising, landing some of the largest local accounts Naegele had (i.e. Target), and was twice honored as salesperson of the year. She is very active in fundraising efforts for various charities, including Children’s Cancer Research, Children’s Crisis Nursery, and Wayzata Community Church. Most recently, she chaired a fundraising event benefiting the Orono Public Schools. Tracy also has extensive travel planning knowledge. She has organized and hosted domestic and international trips alike. She has formed relationships with transportation services, guide services and hotel groups. She has put golf tournaments and other special events together, in combination with these trips. Tracy’s strengths are defining clients’ objectives and determining inventive strategies to accomplish their goals. Her creativity and enthusiasm are the keys to her success.

 

Tracy O’Connor
Tracy O’Connor Tracy is a University of Minnesota graduate with both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She worked for 15 years in the banking and finance industry, where she held positions in the internal audit, quality control and management. She and her husband have four children and are actively involved in the local community, supporting the schools, church and youth sport associations. Tracy brings a solid finance and accounting background to the Events and Beyond staff, along with a proven ability to manage people and projects.

 

Elizabeth Hickok
Elizabeth Hickok Elizabeth has a BA from the University of Minnesota in Communications. She brings over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry to the group. She excelled in Sales for Hilton International and Hilton Corporation. Specifically, she handled local and national corporate clients. Elizabeth has extensive experience in coordinating both meetings and events. She also led group incentive trips for Hilton clients both domestic and international. Elizabeth has a proven ability to execute corporate events in such a manner that guarantees client satisfaction.
